The patient was complaining about the space between the upper central incisors.

The space appeared and started to increase in width the last couple of years due to periodontal issues. The patient was monitored from a periodontist

 

We decided to proceed and treat the case with metal braces.

After 3,5 months the patient is ready to smile again with confidence!!

Upper fix retainer is used to maintain the achieved result.
